Medical RK3288 Rockchip
RK3288 is an older chipset and is supported by Rockchip up to max. Android 10. The medical tablets have an integrated NFC sensor, which can be integrated into apps via an API.
Suitable Rockchip flash tool: Android Tool_Release v2.63

Instructions for flashing:
- install the "Release_DriverAssitant" driver.
- start the Android tool
- connect the MicroUSB port to the PC and the tablet.
- press the Volume + and Power button simultaneously and apply power. Hold for approx. 3-5 seconds, then you should see a loader device in the RKDevTool. Continue with point 6 or second option: Connect the power adapter. Tablet boots normally. You will now see an ADB device in the RKDevTool
- then press the "Switch" button
- press the Firmware button under the "Upgrade Firmware" tab and select the Linux/Android image
- the tablet should now switch off the screen and a loader device should appear in the Android tool; this takes approx. 30 seconds.
- then press the "EraseFlash" button, only necessary in the event of errors or a system change
- when the process is finished, you can click on the "Upgrade" button and the image will flash the Linux/Android on the system.
- the device restarts automatically after the update process.
