Medical RK3568 Rockchip
The RK3568 is a current chipset from Rockchip in 2025. The CPU consists of 4x A55 ARM cores. The performance is sufficient for most applications. Android version 13 is up to date. Linux Debian can also be installed on the displays.

Instructions for flashing the medical displays:
- install the "Release_DriverAssitant" driver.
- start the Android tool
- connect the USB-C port to the PC and the tablet.
- press the Volume + and Power button simultaneously and apply power. Hold for approx. 3-5 seconds, then you should see a loader device in the RKDevTool. Continue with point 6 or second option: Connect the power adapter. Tablet boots normally. You will now see an ADB device in the RKDevTool
- then press the "Switch" button
- press the Firmware button under the "Upgrade Firmware" tab and select the Linux/Android image
- the tablet should now switch off the screen and a loader device should appear in the Android tool; this takes approx. 30 seconds.
- then press the "EraseFlash" button, only necessary in the event of errors or a system change
- when the process is finished, you can click on the "Upgrade" button and the image will flash the Linux/Android on the system.
- the device restarts automatically after the update process.
