Using the Magenta TV app and various other apps that require the device to be unrooted

The easiest way would be to use our Unroot app. You'll find it in the attachment. You'll need to unzip the app first and then transfer it to the "Downloads" folder on your tablet.

To install it, click on the file in File Explorer. The APK can be downloaded directly to the tablet from there without having to unzip it.

Another option would be to use a script. You can find the download here. Unzip the folder onto your computer and connect the tablet to the computer via a USB cable plugged into the OTG port.

The USB debugging feature must be enabled on the tablet. Then, run the 1122.bat file from the extracted folder.

After installation, the su file must be deleted from the root directory under system/bin.

To do this, you must grant write permissions to the /bin directory in Root Explorer by clicking on "mount/rw."

Then locate and delete the su file.

Another option is to download the SuperSu 2.82 APK at https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/codingcode/supersu/supersu-2-82-sr5-release/

Install the app, ignore the prompts, and go to Settings. There, you'll find the option to completely unroot the device.

Note: Please be aware that the unrooting process cannot be reversed. You can only restore the unrooted status by flashing the firmware. `
