Instructions for Flashing Medical Displays:

  1. Install the "Release_DriverAssitant" driver.
  2. Launch the Android tool
  3. Connect the USB-C port to the PC and the tablet.
  4. Press the Volume + and Power buttons at the same time to power on the device. Hold them down for about 3–5 seconds; you should then see a "Loader Device" in RKDevTool. Continue to step 6. Or another option: Plug in the power adapter. The tablet boots normally. You will now see an ADB device in RKDevTool
  5. Then press the "Switch" button
  6. Click the "Firmware" button under the "Upgrade Firmware" tab and select the Linux/Android image
  7. The tablet should now turn off the screen, and "Loader Device" should appear in the Android Tool; this takes about 30 seconds.
  8. Then press the "EraseFlash" button; this is only necessary if there are errors or when changing the system.
  9. Once the process is complete, you can click the "Upgrade" button, and the image will flash Linux/Android onto the system.
  10. The device will restart automatically after the update is complete.
